However, probably the most famous fish is the giant Catfish that have been known to reach up to 300lbs. Fishing for trophy Carp in the 20-50lb. range also has become popular during the winter months. If these two species aren't enough try your skills at the predatory Zander that also reaches up to 20lbs or you can fish for some Spanish Largemouth Bass introduced in 1955.
