The lodge is located on the Pacific Coast, in a town called Punta Burica; about eight kilometers south of the town of Puerto Armuelles. The area is one of the most beautiful spots in Panama and boasts a wealth of wildlife including howler monkeys and a wide variety of tropical birds.
Panama Sportfishing Adventure
World renowed Isla Montuosa, Isla Ladrones and the 1000 fathom drop are all a short run away. Giant yellow-fin tuna, black & blue marlin, sailfish, wahoo, dorado, Pargo (red snapper) and roosterfish are all frequent visitors to these waters.
The lodge has a Deep-sport 35', which is a custom built sport fishing boat by the makers of Shallowsport, a 33' foot Black-fin and 27' foot Shallow Sports aspart of its fishing arsenal for all your fishing needs.

Arrive in Panama City. You will be collected from the airport and transferred to a Panama City hotel. Overnight. The next morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to David. Once there, you will be collected and taken to the lodge by road (approximately 1 1/2 hours). Alternatively you can charter a plane from Panama City or David and fly straight to the town of Punta Burica, where the lodge is located.
Lodge accommodates 20 guests.
The main lodge is a spacious 3000 square feet and includes a restaurant, bar and game room with card tables. There is a large covered deck (indoor and outdoor dining available). The swimming pool is located just outside the main lodge.
Guest accommodations consist of 10 individual studio-sized cabins. All cabins are air-conditioned, with private covered decks and just steps away from the beach, pool, restaurant and bar.
Both the main lodge and cabins have tropical hardwood high beam ceilings, spanish tile floors and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the pool and Pacific Ocean.
The meals are served up family style and are typical Panamanian style along with American and Mexican cuisine. Chef Margoux has studied international cuisine and has lived in Panama most of her life cooking on both the Caribbean and Pacific Coast. She uses tropical fruits, fresh fish and vegetables grown locally to create unique dishes.

Day 2 (Sunday): Panama City - David - lodge. Relax, dinner and overnight.
Day 3-6 (Monday - Thursday): Full days of fishing. Overnight.
Day 7 (Friday): Lodge - David - Panama City. Overnight hotel.
Day 8 (Saturday): Panama City - USA.
A valid passport is required. Passengers assume all responsibility for obtaining valid passports.
No shots are required to enter Panama. Be sure to bring sunscreen. Note: health precautions are offered here as an informational service only. See your doctor or health clinic.
Don't speak Spanish? No problem, the majority of the staff can speak english.
Daytime temperatures typically range from 80-90 degrees during the day, but typically cool down to the 70s in the evening. Heavy tropical downpours can occur even during the "dry season" so be sure to pack a rainsuit. Humidity in the tropics can play havoc with cameras or other electronic devices.
We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover any losses should you have to cancel to due to unforeseen illness or other emergency. Certain restrictions do apply. Premium rates are typically about $65 per $1,000 of coverage, and usually include some benefits for lost baggage, trip interruption, and emergency evacuation.
