A deposit is required to hold space on any trips, and space is generally sold on a first-come basis. We can accept checks or major credit cards for your deposit. You should also complete a Trip Reservation Form. (Be sure to read our General Terms and Conditions statement.) Please note that trip cancellation penalties may be applied should you have to cancel your travel plans. Trip cancellation insurance is advised, and policy forms are available from our office.

On receipt of your reservation deposit, we'll start making arrangement to confirm your reservations. We will mail you a package with pre-departure information, packing suggestions, travel insurance forms, as well as general information on visas, health precautions, etc. Review this information very carefully. You can also visit our online Questackle store to find a variety of tackle and travel gear suited to your trip.

Trip documents are typically sent 2-3 weeks prior to departure, after we've received your final payment. This package will include an updated itinerary and other last-minute information, airline tickets, luggage tags, etc. You should review this information very carefully.
